Halloween – 2024

Halloween makes me ghoulishly happy. I just love adding a touch of macabre whimsy around the house, channeling my inner Morticia Addams. Last minute plans made our humble abode the jumping off point for Elijah to begin his evening of trick-or-treating. His friend Eli lives just around the corner so Roy brought Elijah to our house he could change into his costume and meet up with his mates. Eli’s parents swung by with another friend of Elijah’s in tow and they took the gruesome threesome over to the Westhaven neighborhood to troll for goodies. It was a cool and drizzly night which definitely set the mood for Halloween but unfortunately, it also discouraged all the trick-or-treaters. We only had one soul brave enough to conquer the elements and claim his candy. Boo indeed…
