It was a dark and stormy night…
That’s how all great horror stories begin but on this hallowed eve it was far from stormy. A perfect fall evening unfolded as multi-hued leaves rustled against each other as they tumbled down the sidewalk and a wicked harvest moon shown from above creating a pathway for all the ghosts and goblins.
Roy and Leah joined us for our first Halloween in our new home. We dressed in our finest ghoulish wear as we anxiously awaited our first trick-or-treaters. Roy, brandishing his very own machete, was frightening as the perennially scary, Jason. Terry had a Yabba-Dabba-Doo good time as the beloved prehistoric, Fred Flintstone. Leah bewitched us with her beguiling ways and I was playfully wicked as the evil queen from Snow White.
