Celebrating six! This afternoon, we gathered at Jumpstreet in Franklin for a fun filled birthday. Jumpstreet is an indoor trampoline park with inflatable slides, a belayed obstacle course, miles of trampolines for tumbling, dodge ball and basketball and in a nod to Gilley’s and “Urban Cowboy”, a mechanical bull. Yeehaw!
Elijah’s requested theme this year was cougars. Not sure what that is all about but a cougar cake he was granted. All hail the birthday boy!
Elijah’s friends and classmates from BGA jumped, flipped, ran, laughed, screamed, whirled and twirled til they were a hot, sweaty mess. Good times!
The imposing, feline cake and the individual chocolate and vanilla ice cream cups were a huge hit. Come on, who doesn’t love sugar. Presents were opened with boundless glee and excitement. So many oohs and aahs.
As you can tell from the photos, Elijah was in a state of sheer joy and happiness and had a marvelous, memorable birthday.
